• Accommodation:

  • Two standard rooms with shared bathroom and partial sea view

  • One suite deluxe with balcony overlooking the ocean and Porto Formoso's Valley and private bathroom

  • One junior suite with garden view and private bathroom
     

  • Maximum occupancy: The house can accommodate a maximum of 9 people. The suite deluxe can also be configured to accommodate three people​​
     

• Housekeeping:

  • House cleaning three times per week.

  • Room cleaning twice per week.​

  • Fully furnished kitchen with oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, and spices available.

  • Living room with books to read, sofa, and table for work.

  • Small service bathroom next to the living room.

  • Towels & bed linen are provided.

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay requirement: One month.

• Full payment must be made on the arrival date.

• Security deposit: 50% of the total rental price will be held upon booking.

• Deposit will be refunded during check-out house inspection.
